Question : M from XXXXXXX I have had high risk sexual encounter ,some back in 2005 , i had also all symptoms of HIV i thought of after some 8 weeks ,
But test are HIV Western blot ELISA negative till date i have done Pcrs both RNA and Bdna too ,recently i had cd4 % too which said 46% total count of 889 cd4 and ratio of 1.02
Back in 2005 When develop after 7 months i had pain full lumps coming on necks and cheeks later followed by ears to cheeks with rubbery feeling it was painful for few days now pain has gone but have lumps all over ,below my cheeks and under jaw they are of small
And some lumps under armpits too both side .
Over all m healthy but fear of HIV is alwys there .
In recent time i noticed there HIV 2 which some time doesn't make antibodies ,
All my viral load tests are for HIV 1 .
Am looking cure now if its not HIV ,
Please help i want get marry and settle in my life now

Thank you for query.I am Dr Bharatesh D Basti answering.
Once the tests are negative for antibodies it is for both for HIV 1&2.so all the tests indicate negative for both 1&2.
It is only pcr tests for hiv1 only not antibody test.
The CD4 counts are normal and you need not worry.
You forget episode.
The lymph nodes should be more than 2 cm and persistent in more than 3 groups.
As you already have ear infection they tend to persist till you take complete treatment.
So consult ent specialist.
All these are non specific and need not bother.

Hello ,
I have devleop some mild night sweats m in engand were tem is quite low compaire and i have burning sensation in armpit and chest and back mostly at night
