Question: I have tenderness, sore on my left side below rib cage. Also painful to touch. Fatigue feel weak. Temperature is 100.2

Thanks for the query.
I have read your query and understand your concern.
Your symptoms suggest that you may be having some viral fever with myalgia.
I would advise you to take ibuprofen 400 mg three times a day for next 3 days.It would take care of your fever as well as side pain.you should be all right in next 3 days.
In case your fever persists beyond three days or if it increases,then you would require blood tests to find the cause for the fever.Consult your doctor at that time for physical examination and relevant investigations.
