What Does The CT Scan And MRI Report Indicate?

Yes, it may need further evaluation
Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query.
I understand your concern. You have not mentioned regarding the site of the MPNST. Was it near the left shoulder? This is one of the major determinant of our clinical decision.
If I assume it was away from the site of present swelling, then the probability of it being a recurrence is less but still present. Next important thing is the clinical examination. If the feeling is like a benign swelling like lipoma or cyst then we can observe, but as you said it is 'hard'. In that event I would like to get a FNAC done and rule out recurrence. CRP cannot rule out recurrence of MPNST.
Probably you should visit an oncologist rather than orthopedician or GP as he/she will be better equipped to take care of this.
Hope this helps. I will be available to answer further followup queries, if any.
Regards

Need to investigate
Detailed Answer:
It does not appear to be because of strain to shoulder. However, as the MPNST was also in shoulder region, I would like to do a proper examination and an FNAC. CT/MRI alone will not clinch the diagnosis.
Best wishes
