                                            Question : Hi Dr, 
I recently visited a doctor for my wife's consultation. Basis her reports(given below) she has been advised a CT scan and eye test. Please let me know if these are really needed basis test reports.
prolactin, serum--248.26
Glucose random--99
TSH-2832
All reports have been done by lal pathlabs. Kindly let me know if any further information related to patient is needed.

Her reports shows high prolactin and TSH levels ,so they advised you CT scan head to rule out pitutary adenoma( in my opinion MRI is better option) .
Yes testing should be done because it may cause blurred vision.
In my opinion she should done her complete thyroid profile.
