Brief Answer:
ECG is normal

Detailed Answer:
Hi, xxxxxxxxx, See her both ECG are normal. It is however recommended to get a repeat ECG done after 12 hours and 24 hours.
If they are also normal, you should go for a Tread Mill Test (TMT), which is an easy , cheap and non invasive test.
If TMT is also normal, then this chest pain is unlikely to be cardiac in nature.

Since she is a diabetic and hypertensive, it would be better to be rule out cardiac event.

I hope it helps you.
If you have any further query, please ask me.
