Question : hi went and had a echo stress test today because of a right bbb, why were they concerned with how the left part of the heart was working (which was fine ) if it's the right branch that is blocked

The cardiac echo and echo stress evaluates the segmental kinetics of left ventricle. This is because independent of the site of blockage (left or right), the damages or structural changes will be noted on left ventricle on cardiac echo.
