Question : Hi Doctor,

My wife is 17 weeks pregnant.She has been detected with Gestational diabetics.Attaching her GTT reports.

Can you help us with the foods she should have and avoid?

As there is no sugar in urine there is not to worry much.Take medicine under the supervision of doctor,avoid taking sweets,cold drink take vegetables , fruits and do some light exercise.
