Question: Hi, I had hellp sydrome which effect my liver ,i just delicery baby 3 months ago .I had liver test todayand my AST 50ul and ALT 96ul is this too high and serious
I was having runny nose and body ache when i took my bood could that be the reason causing high numbers.Thanks

hi,I am here to help you .

It will take about 6 months for your liver function tests (LFT) to get back to normal,so don't worry. and anyways your current levels of AST and ALT are not high , they are just borderline so not to worry.

just get your blood pressure and urine albumin checked to see if they have come back to normal. It's unrelated to cold cough. For cold and cough, take tab sinarest twice daily for 3 days, steam inhalation, and syrup chericof 2 tsf thrice daily for 3 days . Please note that these are prescription drugs.

Hi,the baby weight doubles at 3 months. So depending upon her birth weight it will be around 300 to 500 grams more than double of her birth weight. Take care
