Brief Answer:
Little bit more information will be helpful

Detailed Answer:
Hello
Thanks for posting
I have gone through your query and understand your concern. The MRI changes described by you have minimal significance until and unless they are associated with the numbness, tingling sensation, radiating pain in arm with weaknesses of grip.Do you have any of the above features?
As the MRI changes can be there without any clinical symptoms.
Do you have diabetes or any chronic disease?
Do you smoke and take alcohol?
The headache has mutiple causes and is rare to have headache with MRI changes as described.
Hope this helps and I shall be glad to answer any further query.
Take care

Brief Answer:
Can be managed by the drugs

Detailed Answer:
Hi
You are welcome
I have gone through your reply carefully and if there is only numbness without any loss of grip power, then this can be managed with conservative measures (medicine ) and exercises in most of the cases.
Avoid lifting heavy weights, massage, weights on head and shoulder.
Hope this helps.
Take care
