Brief Answer:
The medicines seem proper.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone through the details as well as the attached documents. The prescribed medicines seem fine.

The spinal cord is protected by the vertebrae. There is a series of vertebrae fitting upon the next such that the vertebral facets of the transverse process of one fits with the next one and the spinal nerves leave from the gap in between the two vertebrae. If there is a pathology, as in case of facetopathy, the spinal nerves may get compressed and the related symptoms including pain ensue.

You need to use the collar. If the situation worsens, spinal traction might need to be considered. Otherwise, application of hot compress and use of static neck exercises should provide some relief. There are no definite preventive measures to suggest but preventing neck injury such as by using proper equipment (like collar) and techniques when playing sports or during deceleration of a car, may reduce your risk.

Hope that helps.
