What Does The MRI Scan Report Indicate?

Question: Hi I recently had a follow up for a pancreatic neuroendrocrine tumor. On the MRI scan it says that there are bilateral cysts one of which shows signal intensity consistent with layering proteinaceous and hemorhagic material. It also says they are small. Is this something that needs to be checked?

It is not clear regarding the location and size of the cysts, of they are in the kidneys or ovaries which are the two common locations of cysts in women that are present bilaterally.
