Brief Answer:
You may have some liver disease.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
Your sgpt, sgot and alkaline phosphatase levels are high. They are the liver enzymes and their level increase in liver damage. It can be due to alcohol, drugs, toxin or hepatitis. Your bilirubin, kidney function test, peripheral smear examination, uric acid all are within normal range. No need to worry. You should go for ultrasound abdomen once. Avoid fatty diet. You can take liv 52 or udiliv according to your doctor's advice.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer.
