Brief Answer:
Increased markings may be due to cause like infection/inflammation etc.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Major finding is increased bronchovascular markings in paracardiac region(area adjoining heart) in both sides. It may be due to many causes like infection/inflammation etc.
This need clinical correlation.

There is also a small nodular opacity in left upper lung zone.It may be due to old granulomatous changes. This is a benign finding and most likely it is healed stage of past infection.Generally it doesn't require any treatment.

Other findings like CP angles, heart size are normal.

In short, findings are not serious. You may need follow up X-rays for increased bronchovascular markings.

So I will need some medicament to the issue of bronchovascular or just I shall to do another x ray every months - for example- until it heal completely ? or just do I need a clinical examination?

Do u prefer that I do a PTF, or CT scan to be more precise ?

Brief Answer:
You need proper clinical evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

You need proper clinical evaluation. It is important to know your symptoms and reason for chest X-ray.
If there are any additional sounds in chest during auscultation like wheeze, ronchi, decreased respiratory sound etc then you may need antibiotics, bronchodilators etc ,otherwise in asymptomatic cases you may just need repeat X-ray after three months.

CT scan and PFT may be needed if symptoms persists.

Routine hemogram should also be done.
