Question : hi my semen test report shows
volume 1 ml,
reaction - Alkaline
consistency - mucoid
motality - Active 30%, Sluggish - 20%, non motile - 50%,
pus cells - 6-8/HPF

please advice what is next?

You have not mentioned the sperm count, abnormal cells etc. Please upload the report and I would guide you accordingly.

I would insist you to take folic acid and zinc supplements as these have been shown to increase sperm count and motility.
