Brief Answer:
Iron deficiency anaemia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi

You are having low haemoglobin, RDW, MCH and MCHC level and it indicates you are suffering from iron deficiency anaemia.

These parameters are used to diagnose type of anaemia.

I would advise you to improve your iron intake by eating more iron rich foods.

Foods that are high in iron include eggs, meat and leafy green vegetables.

Some other good sources of iron are dried fruits, beans, peas and iron fortified foods such as bread, cereals and pasta.

Regards

DR DE
