I can understand your concern

I have evaluated carefully the chest x Ray images attached

I have noted that there is not any specific finding in them fortunately, unless a very slight interstitial thickness of the lower fields of the lungs.

It is before or after the treatment this chest X Ray?If it is after then no pneumonia seems

Nevertheless i don't see anything wrong with it. Continue correctly the treatment because your doctor knows better your actual clinical picture
