Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you for asking to HCM!
I read your query and understood your concerns. Can you upload the colonoscopy result for me in order to check it by my self. This will help me to make a better judgment.
For the moment you have nothing to be scared. However based on what i read i think you have to wait for biopsies results.
I'm waiting for the results to be uploaded.

Brief Answer:
Bowel infection suspected...
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
Thank you for following up queries.
I have gone through the scanned copy (part of it) of colonoscopy you did and I realized that nothing abnormal was found except for:
- hemorrhoids
- angulated sigmoid (congenital)
1. Adhesive disease might be related to any bowel infection you experienced.
2. Nodular mucosa might be also related to infection. Biopsy would determine the right cause.
3. Pain you are feeling might be also related to infection that might be ongoing.
Apart biopsy, I advise to run:
- culture of stool
- complete blood count
to understand your current health problems.
