Question : What does the dark purple wound bed underneath the while yellowish slough mean? Does it mean it's ready deep or bruised? It's on my inner buttock

And purple underneath could be blood clot deep inside with pus yellow discharge, this kind of ulcer needs to be wound care from the hospital. Do you have any immunosuppressive disease? Any fever? How do you get this ulcer?
