Hello!

Welcome on - Ask a Doctor- service!

Regarding your concern I would explain that the above finding goes in favor of lung infection.

Anyways they should be correlated with additional medical findings, like changes in complete blood count and leukocytes differential, inflammatory markers (PCR, ESR, etc.) and physical findings (elevated body temperature, coughing, shortness of breath, etc.).

You should discuss with your attending doctor (GP or internist)on the possibility of further investigating about the possible exact cause of this clinical condition.

Hope to have been helpful to you!

In case of any further questions, feel free to ask me again.
