Brief Answer:
Hello. It indicates mild infection

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear.

Upper range of leucocyte counts is taken as 11000. You have slightly higher than normal and it usually rises in infections. Moreover, mild increase in neuterophil (which are a type of leucocyte) is a normal reaction to infection and so as band forms. Any mild infection in your body will be taken care by these increase population of cells.
