Question : Hi, I recently had ct scan for heart related and everything fine but through that scan found something new, that I had 4mm nodule present in right lung at upper side... I do not have habit of smoking and alcohol. Should I need to worry about this ?

I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the report you have attached.
No need to worry much for this 4 mm nodule.
But you need to get done repeat CT thorax with Contrast after 10-12 months.
If nodule is same or decreasing in size then no need to worry.
But if nodule is increasing in size or new nodules are developing then you need to investigate thoroughly.
At present, no need to worry.
