Brief Answer:
Findings suggests multiple diverticuli in sigmoid colon.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Findings suggests multiple diverticuli in sigmoid colon with mild wall thickening.
Diverticuli are outpouchings of mucosa and submucosa through weakness in muscle layer.
There are no signs of infection/inflammation in these diverticuli.
Only CT report is attached with your query. If you wish, you can upload images also.
Diverticulosis is generally a age related finding and more commonly it is seen in sigmoid colon due to increased pressure in this area.
You may need diet adjustment and follow up.
I suggest to take plenty of fibers and avoid fried food.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.
Further queries are most welcome.

Take Care
