Question : Hello I want to Know About my Moms ECG Report is it Normal.

                                    Brief Answer:
Your mother may need further investigations.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
Major findings in your mother's ECG are flattening of ST wave in inferior-lateral chest leads. It may be due to some cardiac abnormality. However,it may be found in other conditions like drug effect, electrolyte imbalance etc.
T-wave inversion in anterior leads may be a sign of coronary ischemia, left ventricular hypertrophy etc.
Based on these findings your mother need clinical correlation and further investigations like ECHO.
Other findings like heart rate, rhythm are normal.

                                    Brief Answer:
Her findings may also be due to simple reasons.
Detailed Answer:
Hello
As we discussed, findings may also be due to simple reasons like left ventricular hypertrophy, electrolyte imbalance etc.
Since she doesn't have chest pain, breathlessness etc,I expect it may be due to simple reasons.
But it is important to evaluate cardiac status properly, this is also important due to her age.We can't take chance.
ECHO is a non invasive investigation which can evaluate heart properly.

Hope I have answered your question.
