Brief Answer:
Normal USG

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
The HSG report is suggestive of a normal uterus with normal cavity. There are no abnormalities like fibroid or congenital anomaly of the uterus.
Bilateral fallopian tubes are normal and patent.
The XXXXXXX which was instilled in the uterus during HSG freely went through left side, however, there was slow flow and spill from the right side.
It can be due to slight rigidity or decreased lumen of the right tube.
Overall, this HSG is normal.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
