Brief Answer:
Tubal blockage

Detailed Answer:
Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand the concerns.
No spillage of the contrast on the left side indicates left tubal blockage.
Scanty spillage on the right side can be due to partial block of the right tube or the adhesions or fibrosis around the right tube.
These features indicate almost bilateral tubal blockage and spontaneous pregnancy is not feasible in this scenario.
I suggest you to consult a IVF specialist for further treatment.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
