Small abdominal wall infiltrate

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome to HCM.
This indicates small fistula or so called inflammatory infiltrate in anterior abdominal wall,below skin and above abdominal muscle. This is very small and I don't think that it requires specific treatment at this point. MRI suggest that this is caused by tuberculosis but this can't be confirmed without swab test,such means that needle should be introduced into this place and sample should be taken.
