What Does The Following Torch Test Result Suggest?

Question: Hi Doctor. I am already lost my baby when delivery and baby with some heart diseses, brain problems. and now take torch test that shows IGG Texoplasma more than 650 IU/mL
Rubelle 48.750 IU/mL
C.M.V IGG AB(cytomegalo virus):89.770 U/mL
Torch IGM Panel results are Negative.
After i take MMR vaccine and 3 month later now i take again torch test. but it still remain same in positive for IGG and negative for IGM panel
Please reply whats dose ts means and can i perganant?
