Brief Answer:
You are having emphyematous changes along with fibrotic lesions.

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for your question on Healthcare Magic.
I can understand your concern.
I have gone through the x rays you have attached.
Your x ray is suggestive of
1. Emphysema
2. Fibrotic lesions in both upper and middle zones.
These changes are common inke smokers and patients with past history of tuberculosis.
So please let me know
1. Are you a smoker?
2. Do you have past history of Tuberculosis?
Severity (badness of chest x ray) is based on symptoms and PFT (Pulmonary Function Test).
If you are having symptoms like breathlessness, coughing etc then this x ray is bad and you need PFT and farther treatment.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
