Brief Answer:
No need to worry for this x ray report.

Detailed Answer:
Hello dear, thanks for your question on HCM.
Prominent bronchovascular marking ( BVM ) can be normal finding on chest x ray.
It is common in lower parts of lung.
Lower part of the lungs have higher blood flow due to gravity.
Blood is more radio opaque then surrounding lung tissue. So blood vessels of lower part of lung are seen more prominent as compare to other parts of lung.
So x ray reporting of prominent BVM is done.
But, this can be seen in other disease also.
1. Bronchitis
2. Early congestive cardiac failure ( CCF )
So tell me if you are having any symptoms.
If you are asymptomatic and your x ray report is suggestive of prominent BVM then no need to worry.
I will be happy to help you further.
Wish you good health.
Thanks.
