Brief Answer:
Pleural effusion need proper evaluation.

Detailed Answer:
Hello

Your earlier chest X-ray finding in oct 2014 is non specific.Increased broncho vascular makings may be due to infection, inflammation, age related etc.
It is not a serious finding and findings are often reversible with treatment of underlying cause.

But,recent findings suggests pleural effusion(fluid in pleural cavity). It may be due to infection, trauma, heart problem, malignancy etc.
It need proper clinical examination and further investigations. You may need routine hemoram.Pleural fluid examination and culture/sensitivity can be done after evaluation.
Proper treatment depend upon findings.
