Brief Answer:
Generally small simple cysts only require follow up.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for writing to HCM,
I've gone through your query and understand your concern,

CT report suggests presence of small simple cysts in liver and kidney.Generally simple cysts only require follow up.
It is generally age related finding.

Atherosclerotic changes in aorta are due to chronic hypertension, dyslipidemia etc.
Mild peri-nephric stranding and small para aortic lymph nodes are not concerning.

Small inguinal hernia need surgical evaluation. It may require surgical correction.

In short,findings are not serious.

Thank you for your detailed answer. The reason we went through with CT abdomen was that my CEA level was 7.5. Do you think colonoscopy is required after this report. Also can you tell me what will the doctors find after doing colonoscopy.
Warm regards

Brief Answer:
Reports are almost safe but colonoscopy may be advised as CEA is raised.

Reports are almost safe but colonoscopy may be advised as CEA is raised.
It is important to know that CEA is also raised in many other conditions.
Colonoscopy may exclude intra luminal pathology as CT scan is not so sensitive in few colon diseases like inflammatory bowel diseases.

Inflammatory bowel diseases like ulcerative colitis or diverticulitis etc may be well evaluated by colonoscopy.

Get well soon.
