Brief Answer:
Slightly high only.

Detailed Answer:
Welcome To HCM. I am Dr Anshul Varshney.
I understand your concern.
Your Indirect Bilirubin is slightly high. Don't worry. This is can be normally raised many times in many people. Or this might be due to an inherited Syndrome called as Gilbert's Syndrome. Nothing to be done. Don't worry at all.
Your LDL is raised, that actually requires attention. Start exercising daily. Avoid fat, potato, rice, junk food. Get your lipid profile repeated after 3 months and review back with me.
As far as your query is concerned, your rise in bilirubin is insignificant. So don't worry. Just avoid pain killers and alcohol.
If you have any further query please ask me.
Stay Healthy.

Hello Dr Varshney, THank you for your prompt response.
Well my LDL has always been in this range sin ce the last 14 years ... around 112-115. I am on Listril 5mg since a very long time. Also I take Shelcal 500 mg every day.
Also FYI- I am a gym addict and try to hit the gym at least 5 days a week isnpsite of my travel and I do the treadmill at an average speed of 8.5 kmph for an average period of at tleast 45 minutes- sometimes I do on days together between 55-60 minutes as well + some stretching and weights.
THis LDL does not come down even then.
Yes I do drink .. normaly 3 days a week ... but a moderate drinker as well as a moderate smoker. Alcohol I will be off totally for the next 3 months to start with and also further control my diet.
