Posted on Mon, 15 Dec 2014
Question: Just rec'd my lab results: LDL-P 2105, LDL-C 181, HDL-C 67, Triglycerides 173, Small LDL-P 938.
I am a 62 yr old 5ft 5in. female, 140 lbs. Last yr my Tri was 67, no change in diet, eat pretty healthy overall. These numbers, particularly the particle numbers are quite scary.

Brief Answer:
Please, can you upload the result sheet?

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thank you so much for this query.

I am so sorry to hear about this result and all the disturbing thoughts this has caused you. Over all, they are not bad. However, the cut off values vary depending on the laboratory and the technique used. I will like that you upload the entire report for complete analysis and recommendations. If you have access to that of last year, it would be a great thing to have them both and analysis trends over this time interval.

Let me hear from you on this. If you cannot provide the report, let me know and I will provide information based on this.

I hope to hear from you soon and at your earliest convenience.
