Brief Answer:
Get an Ultrasound Abdomen

Welcome to Healthcaremagic.
Hi, I am Dr Anshul Varshney , I have read your query in detail , I understand your concern.
Serum gamma-glutamyl transferase (GGT) is a marker of liver dysfunction and marker of alcohol intake.
In your case, it is slightly raised with your liver enzymes AST and ALT on the borderline.
Now, in case you consume alcohol, that is the sole reason for this. You would have to limit your alcohol consumption and preferably stop it.
In case you don't consume any alcohol, then you would just require to get an Ultrasound abdomen to rule out Non Alcoholic Fatty Liver disease (NAFLD).
In any case, fatty liver needs to be ruled out that can alcohol induced or non alcoholic fatty liver. So, get an Ultrasound abdomen and write back to me with reports.
This is my personal opinion based on details available here. If you still have any other query, you may please ask me.
