What Does The Following Blood Test Report Indicate?

Question: Good Day Drs ,

I would to request your help on below concern:
My wife is complaining about pains in abdomen since April15 we have carry out many medical exams and medication but with no results ,
Last week she did a blood test and the results was as follow :

S.Paratyphi AH ˂1:20
S.Paratyphi BH *1:160
S.Paratyphi CH ˂1:20

The remaining Analytes are normal and the Physician prescribe her to take

Buscopan
Ciprobay
Tramadol
Nexium
Gaviscom

She did the medication for 5days without sucess than the physician advise to stop since she is prenant and to take only

Zantac
Gaviscom

I read many answer from Drs on regards to this disease and would like your advise in what shall we do?

Where exactlyis the stomach pain?
How are the stools?
Any vomitting?
Any nausea?
Continuous pain?
Intermittent pain?
What all tests have been done?
