Brief Answer:
Please send me your reports.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.

Your A:G ratio is low but it is more then one so not significant. However albumin and globulin level matters aclot. So please send the albumin and globulin level also.

Your WBC count is at low normal range. It may be due to normal variation or some viral infection.

MCH is high but MCV, MCHC and hemoglobin should be checked. If these values are normal then it has no significance.

MPV is mean platelet volume. It suggest avarage size of platelets. It can be high due to giant platelet or some other cause. However if platelet count is normal then it has no significance.

Please mention granulocytes percentage or absolute count. Send me the differential count report.

Reticulocyte count is normal. Notmal range is 1 to 2.5 so it is normal.

Overall these are some individual value and it should be evaluated in context of other values. So please send me your all reports. So that I can help you further.

Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.

Brief Answer:
You may have some allergic disease.

Detailed Answer:
Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. Your Granulocytes are normal. But your MCV is slightly higher. It can be due to vitamin B12 deficiency, folic acid deficiency, hypothyroidism or liver disease.
You should search for the cause of your high MCV.

Your IgE level and immunocap test level both are high and that suggest some allergic disease.

Thyroglobulin level is high but it is not specific it can be increased in transient thyroiditis, grave's disease and few other thyroid disease.

You should go for complete thyroid function test and allergy test. If you have any symptoms of allergy then you should investigate accordingly.

Hope I have answered you question. If you have any doubts then feel free to ask me. I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health
