Brief Answer:
A negative hepatitis B DNA suggests absence of dividing virus in blood.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query on HealthcareMagic.

Absence of hepatitis B DNA suggests that no actively dividing hepatitis B virus is present in your body and this is a good news.
I can help you further if you could tell me as to why this test was ordered by your doctor.

Thanks
Dr Shailja Puri
