Brief Answer:
Vitamin D supplemetation essential

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through the attached report and understand your concerns. Here are my thoughts:
* Your Anti-CCP as well as CRP levels are raised. It indicates the presence of some autoimmune disease activity like rheumatoid arthritis. You need to get further workup done.
* Your vitamin D levels are indeed low and need supplementation. It can be done in two ways. The first is to go for intramuscular injection of Inj. Arachitol 3 lakh units one such each month for three months and to back it up with daily intake of Coraline D3 tablet (contains calcium along with daily maintenance dose of Vitamin D3) for at least a couple of months. The second alternative is to take Depura liquid (60,000 units vitamin D3) once weekly for four weeks along with Coraline D3.

Let me know if I could help further.

Hi Dr,

rheumatoid arthritis is curable or how to make it normal. Please suggest me.
Do I need to visit Dr. Which specialist do I need to a consult? Let me know any thing serious. How about my Sugar level and Cholesterol.
Thanks,

Brief Answer:
Further evaluation can be done from a rheumatologist

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for writing back. Rheumatoid arthritis is not curable but can be kept in control with proper medication. You can visit a rheumatologist. In case you do not find one in your vicinity you may visit an MD Medicine for the same. Without treatment the condition may worsen. Your blood sugar level (as indicated by HbA1c level) is ok and so is your cholesterol.

Plans for pregnancy are independent of this.

Detailed Answer:
I do not think that you need to bother about this with respect to your kids. You may continue with your plans of pregnancy independent of this.
