Question : As advised tests with some readings above the normal range from CBC + ESR & Chikungunya are as follows:

1)ESR - 20 [Normal 0-15]
2)Eosinophills - 7 [ Normal 1.00-7.00]
3)Chikengunia - Negative.

Please suggest correct line of treatment.

Report is negative for Chicken-guinea.
ESR is 20 (In aged person esr level of 20 is considered as normal)
symptom are indicative of Viral Fever

I am revising the medicine and suggest you to follow new line of treatment

1 Belladona 30 3 drops twice in day on the tongue
2 Rhustox 30 3 drops twice in day on the tongue
3 Aconite 30 6 pills three times in day

Follow the course for 48 hours and if required update me tomorrow evening.

Could you please let me know the reason for joint pain and weakness. Please suggest food/diet to recover soon. How long generally will it take to recover soon.

Weakness is General symptom which is commonly seen in all disease.
Along with fever muscular pain and pain in joint is noticed.
Secondary age factor is also a reason complain because of low immunity.
he may take Khichadi, Juice plenty of water and Fruit.
Initial improvement may be seen in 2 days. for complete relief minimum 1 week is required.
