What Does The Following Blood Test Result Suggest?

Question : Good morning doctor
Recenty I got done my blood test .result as follows.
1.nuetrophils-36%
2.lymphocytes-54%
3.esnophils-8%
4.esr-4 in 1 hour
5.wbc-5770
6.platlet-236000
7.uric acid-8.03

This is normal or any problem I am having.
But now facing the following problems.
Knee pain ,heel pain,back pain,swelling in leg.But back pain is not permanent comes and goes.
I am working as medical rep(age-39) .so if travell more or if I sit for long I am getting swelling.
Please help me doctor by giving good sugges

You may have gout.

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.
Your uric acid level is high. And you have multiple joint pain and swelling. So you may have gout.
You should take drugs to control your uric acid level.
Drugs like allopurinol(zyloric) is helpful. It is prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
Also you should avoid high protein diet.
Your lymphocytes count is also high but no need to worry about that. Just repeat your complete blood count after one month.
