Greetings from Dr.Divakara.P
Thanks for posting your query.

There are different kinds of cholesterol but broadly they are classified into good cholesterol and bad cholesterol.

Total cholesterol, Triglycerides, LDL are bad cholesterol while HDL is good cholesterol.

Your Total cholesterol and LDL are high and requires medication and lifestyle changes .

You should start doing exercise like Brisk walking , jogging , running or cycling for at least 20 minutes per day.

Avoid high cholesterol food like Sweets, Ice creams, Carbonated drinks , Cheese , Butter , Ghee, Non veg food .

Also ask your doctor for a prescription of Rosuvastatin and use it daily.

Any clarifications feel free to ask.

Regards.
