Brief Answer:
Needs Evaluation

Detailed Answer:
Hi

I understand your concerns about oligoasthenospermia as per your husband's semen analysis report.

It is difficult to conceive naturally with this report. Sperms are few in number and also slow in movement.

In such situation ICSI ( Intracytoplasmic sperm injection) technique is only option for pregnancy.

He first needs examination by an XXXXXXX to check for varicocele and other conditions causing oligoasthenospermia.

His testes size needs to be examined.

He needs an ultrasound doppler scan of scrotum to diagnose these abnormalities.

He also needs hormonal blood tests like FSH, Testesterone.

Please see an XXXXXXX soon and discuss points I have mentioned here.

Let me know if you have any more questions.

Brief Answer:
Oligoasthenospermia is bad

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Sperm count less than 15 million per ml is low. Evaluation is must. No excuses whatsoever.

Sperm motility rapid+slow should be 50%. His is only 20 %.

He should not waste more time. Go for evaluation.
