Question : Hi Doctor,
Its being 1.3 months of my marriage and we never use any preventive measure.
i got my LH,FSH,Prolactin and AMH test done today. last month i got my follicular analysis.
please, look into the reports and suggest. AMH report is pending. will be getting it tmw.
my last follicular anaysis done on 17.July.2015 where i got to know the egg got ruptured in between 15.july.15 to 17.july.2015.
please, tell me the chances of getting pregnant.

Hi Doctor,

Thanks for your reply. i have attached my AMH report as well which was pending yesterday.
Kindly, review the same.
i also would like to ask that i have a history of UTI but during periods i found the symptoms like urge to pee, burning sensation etc and something strange happened to me today in the morning i been to washroom and suddenly my pee stops i urge to but no idea what happened. but know its fine. but urge is there.

Hi,

I saw your AMH report which indicates possibility of polycystic ovary ( PCOS). This is not a problem to worry about.

UTI needs to be cheked by doing urine culture and sensitivity test. Antibiotics can be prescribed after seeing urine culture and sensitivity test.

This urge and stoppage of urine is related to UTI.

Hi Doctor,

Thanks for your comment.During my follicular analysis nothing like PCOS confirmed.i also would like to ask that which test would confirm PCOS and is this is the reason i didn't not conceive yet or there can be anything else. please provide me some medication which boost fertility and some do and don't with the lifestyle and food.
Reports of follicular analysis are already attached.

Hi,

PCOS is identified by ultrasound scan and no other tests are as good as ultrasound scan.

I don't think PCOS is the problem for you to conceive as you don't seem to have PCOS.

As a tip keep your body weight under check and exercise regularly for improving your pregnancy chances.

You dont need any medicines.

You should get your husband's semen analysis done.
