Brief Answer:
There is mild anemia with low calcium level

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Welcome to Healthcaremagic
Greetings of the day
Dear Ms

Thanks for providing the reports. Going by the reports these are the observation

1. Hemoglobin is low: This could be related to physiological anaemia of infancy. Anaemia is mild

2. Total leucocyte count is elevated and is possibly related to associated infection due to respiratory tract infection

3. Ionic Calcium is just below normal range.

4. Other investigation including CRP is normal

I would suggest you the following

1. Oral Vitamin D3 and Calcium supplements

2. Oral Iron and Multivitamin supplements

3. Normal Saline Nebulization : it will take care of associated cough

4. Normal Saline Nasal drops : 3 to 4 drops in each nose 4 to 6 times a day

5. If you have already started weaning diet then you can add 0.5 ml of Simyl MCT oil can be added in each feed which will help in gain of weight

Do get back to me if you need any further assistance, will be glad to assist you.

Take care
