                                            Question : i can not speak.for last few month.,did MRI - head. the report say there are multiple small scattered foci of T2/FLAIR signal hyperintensity within the frontal white matter bilaterally predominantly in the subcortical distribution. the pattern is non-specific,although they do appears more numerous than expected age. chronic small vessel change is consideration, 
is this the reason of my speech impirement?
