What Does The Following Lipid Profile Test Report Indicate?

Question: yester day I checked my Lipid profile test. report shows as follow.
serum cholestol- 205 triglyceride- 145 HDL_ 37 colostrol HDL ratio -5.5 VLDL- 29
LDL 139.
plz suggest is it ok or has do somthing

Hi
Thanks for choosing HCM for your query,
Yes your lipid profile is almost normal.
However serum cholestrol and LDL are slighly on the higher side(Mildly).
I would suggest you to start life style modification so to prevent gross derangement in lipids in future-
Start exercising atleast 45 minutes a day for atleast 6 days a week.
Exercise should be strenuous in nature,By strenuous exercise it means that you should start sweating within 10 minutes of starting exercise.
Include lot of fibres in your diet.
Limit intake of Ghee,Butter and dairy products,Instead use saffola or rice XXXXXXX oil.
Omega 3 polyunsaturated fatty acid substitutes can be taken.
No smoking or alcohol.
Include a lot of vegetables and fruits in your diet.
Don't eat egg yolk.
Repeat lipid profile every 6 months.
