I have gone through the mentioned details. However I would need more details in order to be able to confirm. Please mention:
* The complaints that made you visit a doctor.
* Duration of complaints.
* Whether you are an alcoholic.
* Any history of fever.
* Any pain below the ribs?

As of now, drink plenty of water. Take light bland diet. There is perhaps not much to be done right now other than to rest.
