Brief Answer:
You need to take your child to a pediatrician and get her evaluated

Detailed Answer:
Thanks for asking on HealthcareMagic.

I have gone carefully through the attached report. The eosinophil count is raised which could indicate a worm infestation. In any case periodic deworming is advisable and I would suggest oral intake of Bandy (albendazole) 400 mg (10ml syrup) once tonight and to repeat the dose after a fortnight.

I would not worry about the slight elevation in alkaline phosphatase level. But LDH is an enzyme that is present inside cells and its level increases when there is some sort of cellular destruction. So, the source needs evaluation. The other parameters seem fine. I would suggest a thorough clinical evaluation by a pediatrician.

Regards
