Brief Answer:
Possible NASH? Takes around 3 to 6 months for the fatty liver to resolve

Detailed Answer:
Hello Madam.

Se per your reports, it possibly looks like an early stage of Non Alcoholic steatohepatitis(NASH), a condition of liver inflammation not related to the use of alcohol.

You doctor has prescribed you the Udilip 300 which is the right medication.

Additionall, I would like to prescribe oral pills of LIV 52 DS at bedtime daily for 2 weeks. Please check with your physician if he shares my view and if can prescribe these pills to you.

Additionally, I advise you not to take fried and fatty food stuffs.

Regular physical exercise for 20 min a day is advisable.

It will take 3 to 6 months for the fatty liver to reduce.

Repeat Ultrasound abdomen scan and Fasting Lipid profile, and Liver function tests and update me with test reports.

Post your further questions if any.
Thank you.
