Brief Answer:
These do not point to any specific well known illness

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Organic acid test (OAT) provides evaluation of intestinal bacteria and yeast. There abnormal value can be a cause of behavioural disorders, hyperactivity, fatigue and immune deficiency at this age. Oral antibiotic use, high sugar diet, intestinal yeast infection, fasting, oils and carnitine deficiency can be the reason behind such abnormal values as seen in your child.

I recommend my patients to be started on carnitine supplements along with vitamin C supplementation along with a healthy balanced diet.

Hopefully this will be helpful.
Take care
